DAMAC Group is currently looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Assistant Manager in Audit Automation at DAMAC Executive Heights, TECOM, PO Box 2195, Dubai, UAE. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-30000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Assistant Manager
- Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the strategic direction for audit automation, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Lead initiatives to explore, test, and implement new audit technologies in the organization.
- Machine Learning Implementation: Design and implement machine learning models tailored for audit tasks.
- Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of automated audit processes using ML techniques.
- Tool Expertise: Proficient use of Alteryx and other audit technology tools to design, develop, and optimize audit processes.
- Provide training and mentorship to the audit team on the latest tools and techniques.
- Continuous Audit Methods: Drive the implementation of continuous audit methods to improve the timeliness and effectiveness of audit functions.
- Collaborate with IT and finance departments to ensure seamless data flow for continuous auditing.
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance: Oversee the governance and compliance framework, ensuring that audit processes are in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and maintain risk profiles, ensuring that audit processes address identified risks.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of audit professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements for Role of Assistant Manager
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in audit, with a strong focus on automation and machine learning.
- Deep experience in implementing risk and audit solutions using continuous audit methods.
- Relevant professional certifications, e.g., Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or similar. Desirable
- Experience working in a multinational corporation or large-scale organization. Desirable
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Proven expertise in using Alteryx and other audit technology tools.
- Solid understanding of governance, risk, and compliance, especially in the domains of risk and governance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
