Aster DM Healthcare is currently looking for a Assistant Manager for Information Technology in Medcare Management Office – Ansar Gallery at Ansar, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Assistant Manager

• Be a product expert and advise all the clinical and non-clinical practitioners of MEDCARE in all aspects of HIS and multi-system technology.
• Support in technical aspect and if there is issue in HIS, between vendor and team.
• Review, analyses and build application according to the MEDCARE business needs; confers with users to evaluate requirements, discuss solutions and develop plan of approach.
• Design program logic, screen layouts, reports & testing criteria to support development of new or enhanced systems by using modern programming languages.
• Prepare program documentation to support new or enhanced systems and applications for conducting staff surveys and patient surveys.
• Participate in structured walk-throughs and other activities to review systems and provide training and support.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and review of applications systems and programs; identifies problems and develops appropriate solutions.
• Involve in KPI data analysis for productivity and outcome reports.
• Core applications involved HIS, ERP, Document management, PACS & any other clinical and non-clinical applications.

Requirements for Role of Assistant Manager

• Diploma/Bachelors or Masters in Computer Applications or BE in Computer Engineering or other related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT experience.
• Hands on experience in the Microsoft/Oracle technologies and Healthcare Domain.
• Project management Experience is mandatory.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Excellent communication skills, Arabic language advantageous/desirable, but not essential.
• Should be proactive, focused, team player and a good communicator.
• Knowledge in Business Intelligence tools and Databases.
