Duties of An Assistant Manager AML Quality Assurance

  • Performing Testing and Monitoring of effectiveness and process systems relating to AML/CTF matters, working under the Guidance of the team managers, and in line with Deloitte Technology.
  • Reviewing and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls
  • Participating in compliance, regulatory and other related matters.
  • Assisting in monitoring activities of the jurisdictions within the Middle East Firm
  • Perform ongoing monitoring and review of the clients’ AML risk assessment.
  • Implementation of Laws and Regulations as it relates to client acceptance and report any updates across all 15 jurisdictions of the Deloitte Middle East.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of an Assistant Manager AML Quality Assurance are as under:

  • Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree from a reputable University in any field.
  • ACAMS or ICA Qualification would be an advantage.
  • Possession of, or currently pursuing a professional qualification (e.g., CIA, ACA, ACCA, CFA) will be considered as an advantage.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in external audit/internal audit/controls testing.
  • Experience in AML/Financial crime would be an advantage.
