Assistant Leasing Manager Emirates NBD

Assistant Leasing Manager at Emirates NBD will be responsible for leasing management of Emirates NBD, Dubai, Abu Dhabi & all Northern Emirates portfolios which includes branches, offices, and car parking in UAE. This is an intermediate level and full time role and for this job the salary ranges from 10000 AED to 25000 AED.

Responsibilities of Assistant Leasing Manager

• Managing the Renewal of Emirates NBD Group leasing portfolios.
• Conducting site visit with Retail/Business and the Landlord/Agent.
• Negotiation Strategy to achieve Percentage Saving to the bank.
• Constant Coordination with Retail Dept./Finance for lease approvals & payments.
• Coordination with Internal and External Stakeholder for Landlord Registration and payment.
• Presentation Skills with accuracy Lease figures and numbers to Network Steering Committee / EXCO for Lease Renewal decision.
• Responsible Securing Lease Contracts & EJARI certifications through centralized folder.
• Coordinating with Finance / Landlord up until confirmation of payment.

Requirements of Assistant Leasing Manager

• Bachelors Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in leasing.
• Experience from other banks/organization on Lease Management.
• Good understanding of UAE real estate market.
