This role involves assisting in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, training and development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Responsibilities of Assistant HR Manager

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Requirements of Assistant HR Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience of 1-2 years in HR or a related role is preferred.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS software.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
