Job Description

This Assistant F&B Director job at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers is a full-time senior leadership role for a sharp, guest-obsessed F&B pro who runs 10+ outlets (fine-dining, brunches, rooftop bars, banquets, pool) across the iconic 5-star twin-tower property. You’ll own menu development, marketing campaigns, revenue forecasting, cost control, outlet manager coaching, and VIP event execution while protecting Conrad luxury standards. It’s 48–55 hrs/week, 6 days. Pay is AED 22,000 – AED 28,000/month (AED 264K–336K/year) + service charge (~AED 7–12K/month), housing/transport allowance, flights, medical, 30 days leave, and Hilton travel perks. Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

Responsibilities

  • Run 10+ outlets and banquets daily.
  • Develop new menus and promotions.
  • Work 48–55 hrs/week, 6 days.
  • Coach 12 outlet managers.
  • Own F&B P&L and forecasts.
  • Launch seasonal campaigns.
  • Taste-test and maintain standards.
  • Coordinate with culinary, stewarding, etc.
  • Handle VIP and owner requests.
  • Drive guest scores and revenue.

Requirements

Education

Hospitality degree preferred.

Experience

5+ years luxury multi-outlet F&B management.

Qualifications

  • Can work in UAE (visa sponsored).

Skills

  • Lead 200+ staff with energy.
  • Build menus that sell.
  • Crunch numbers and hit budget.
  • Stay calm on crazy brunch days.
  • Fluent English (Arabic bonus).

Knowledge

  • Luxury dining trends.
  • Revenue management.
  • Micros/Opera/Infrasys.
  • UAE liquor and HACCP rules.
  • Marketing activation.
