Assistant Facilities Manager at BFL Group will be as essential part of the Facilities Management team and will work closely with the Manager, Facilities to facilitate operational effectiveness and efficiency by ensuring the safety, security and functionality of BFL Group’s building/s and assets.

Responsibilities of Assistant Facilities Manager

  • Supervise the team to achieve FM Department KPIs.
  • Manage building projects and new facility moves.
  • Coordinate contractors and support staff for building functionality.
  • Oversee routine safety inspections, maintenance & operating expenses.
  • Prepare management reports, tender scope of work & attend project meetings.
  • Conduct asset surveys, inspections & coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Ensure building compliance, emergency response readiness & security protocols.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate fire protection programs and drills.
  • Uphold standards of housekeeping and building cleanliness.

Requirements for Role of Assistant Facilities Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in facility management.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Experience in retail/warehouse management is a plus.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

Familiarity with CAFM systems and health/safety protocols.

Salary

The company offers an attractive salary package of 12000 to 22000 AED, which will be negotiable during interview.
