Job Description

This full-time Assistant Director of Sales role at the brand-new Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Mall Avenue (right behind MOE) is a proper career-maker for an ambitious, numbers-driven sales leader ready to step up and run the show in one of Dubai’s hottest commercial locations. You’ll drive corporate, MICE and leisure segments, manage the sales team, build rate contracts, hit budget and own the revenue strategy with the DOS. Pay is AED 18,000–22,000/month all-in + quarterly bonus (real take-home AED 22k–28k/month**, single accommodation, annual flight, medical, 30–45 days leave, duty meals, Hilton worldwide staff rates. Monday–Friday office hours + site inspections. Perfect for a Senior Sales Manager or strong Sales Manager wanting their first ADOS title in a 370-room flagship property.

About Company

Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Mall Avenue is the huge new-build 4-star hotel opening Q1 2026 – 370 rooms, rooftop pool, massive meeting space, direct Mall of the Emirates access. Part of Hilton, so global transfers, proper training and fast-track to DOS in 18–24 months.

Job Title

Assistant Director of Sales

Responsibilities

  • Own corporate, MICE and leisure segments.
  • Lead and coach the sales team daily.
  • Build & load rate contracts, LNR, consortia.
  • Hit monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Produce forecasts, weekly sales reports, action plans.
  • Run FAM trips, client events, sales blitzes.
  • Work tight with Revenue & Reservations.
  • Represent hotel at trade shows.

Requirements

Education

Degree in Hospitality, Business or Marketing preferred.

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years hotel sales experience with at least 1–2 years as Senior Sales Manager or Sales Manager in 4/5-star Dubai property.

Must Have

  • Fluent English (Arabic/Russian a bonus).
  • Proven revenue & account growth numbers.
  • Strong leadership & coaching skills.
  • Current UAE hotel market knowledge.
  • Eligible to work in UAE.

Nice to Have

  • Previous Hilton experience.
  • Opera & Delphi knowledge.
