Job Description
Assistant Corporate Communication Manager at Al Masaood in Infiniti Showroom Building, Fatima Bint Mubarak Street (Formally Najda Street), PO Box 322, Abu Dhabi, UAE will be part of the Corporate MARCOM team whose mission is to establish and strengthen consistent channels of communication with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely and accurate communication of corporate messages to the Group’s diverse audience. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.
Responsibilities
- Corporate Communication:
- Plan, manage, and deliver internal newsletters, including but not limited to the weekly ‘Growing Together’ newsletter, and other internal corporate and/or business divisions’ communications.
- Prepare and deliver MARCOM’s Monthly Report and Annual Report that accurately reflect KPI performance, PR media values, initiatives launched, announcements, interviews, as well as other marketing and corporate communications activities.
- Plan, manage, and deliver Al Masaood’s Corporate Magazine annually and other derivates of corporate publications.
- Manage and deliver Al Masaood’s Sustainability Report.
- Prepare and submit various reputable Awards for Al Masaood and/or Divisions/Departments under its umbrella.
- Ensuring error-free marketing & communication that adheres to the Group’s guidelines and key messaging.
- Work on industry award nominations for Al Masaood teams and businesses.
- Public Relations External Communications
- Elevate and deliver PR for Al Masaood’s businesses and obtain best exposure in Tier-A industry magazines & media. This includes working with the PR agency on press releases, interviews , op-eds, and interviews.
- Ensuring error-free communication & branding that adheres to Al Masaood’s Brand Guideline (in exhibitions and events).
- Contribute to the LinkedIn profiling of key Masaood leaders online.
- Social Media
- Support the marketing teams of Al Masaood business divisions in developing their website content, continually updating the website.
- Support the marketing teams of Al Masaood business divisions in their social media activity on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook – draft the captions and/or publishing posts as needed.
- Others
- Daily media monitoring to keep up with any latest news, especially in the UAE, Abu Dhabi, and relevant to Al Masaood’s businesses.
- Stay knowledgeable of the latest marketing and corporate communications tools and industry trends using the research tools and platforms available.
Requirements for Role of Assistant Corporate Communication Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Public Relations.
