Responsibilities of Assistant Compliance Manager Wealth Management

• Interact with SCA on a day to day basis.
• Reviewing new investment products from a Compliance perspective, Products include Funds and Structured Products.
• Review new investment agreements, opportunities.
• Provide advisory support on SCA Regulation.
• Resolve any licensing issues with the regulator.
• Handling SCA portal, Superuser.
• Respond to all RFI’s raised by regulator (SCA).
• Conduct periodic review on the business related activities.

Requirements of Assistant Compliance Manager Wealth Management

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in similar role.
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting regulations and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Bilingual.
• Appreciation of SCA Rules and Regulations.
• Ability to deal with regulators and manage business and staff expectations.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Analytical and attention to detail.
