Responsibilities of Assistant Business Process Automation Manager

• Facilitate delivery of tactical digital initiatives to address the bank’s needs post thorough business needs analysis.
• Understand tactical and operational challenges, define and implement technology solutions to address Business objectives.
• Act as technical expert, design and develop applications and help deliver paperless, workflow automation solutions aimed at improving business KPIs.
• Provide strong digital expertise, evaluate and reengineer processes within the defined scope and high quality.
• Recommend new alternate methods of solution implementation and promote reusability in alignment with Group IT and best practices.
• Engage with internal customers and external entities within the scope of the team and projects.
• Support and track usage of implemented solutions with proper documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Assist in the migration of legacy applications to latest digital platform or solutions.

Requirements of Assistant Business Process Automation Manager

• A bachelor’s degree is usually preferred, but not always required. Degrees in business administration, information technology, or related fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of SharePoint 2013 or 2016 experience.
• Minimum 1+ years of SharePoint 2019 experience.
• Hands on development experience in creating web based applications through client side scripting with workflows.
• Hands on experience in AngularJS 2 & above, jQuery.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Exposure to SharePoint Migration, Nintex Forms & Workflow development.
• Exposure to UAE Banking domain will be a plus.
• SharePoint 2019, SharePoint 2013/2016, Angular JS, Nintex, SharePoint Migration.
