Job Role Of Assistant Brand Manager

Candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of Nestlé’s brands by supporting on the activation of strategies, plans and coordinating / executing consumer engagement initiatives.

Job Duties of Assistant Brand Manager

  • Assist in Brand performance and analysis to support in insights generation and build Consumer and Shopper Centricity i.e. Data gathering /analysis (retail audit/ sales / research) in coordination with the research team, brand team and channel development teams (CDT).
  • Assists in the execution of the different consumer and shopper researches to help identify Innovation renovation and communications opportunities.
  • Supports the shopper and consumer engagement activations (i.e. sampling plans, promotions, partnerships) in store, on ground and on e-commerce.
  • Coordinate with brand team, CDT, Media and Brand Activation teams, following the over arching Brand Essence and Big Idea.
  • Liaises with several agencies, content studio(s), regional Head Office teams on the consumer communication and execution.
  • Oversee point of sale material, digital and influencer campaigns and on ground brand activations, supported in the execution by the Activation and Promotion team.
  • Supports in the local innovation and renovation projects.
  • Accountable for packaging delivery for the dedicated SKUs in the cluster and the full coordination for launch plan execution and follow up.
  • Close follow up with CDTs and A&P alignment on the activities, calendars, implementations to ensure adherence to the yearly plan, with needed corrective actions.
  • Marketing Budget tracking to ensure full adherence to yearly plans, with the support of team’s admin on the PR/PO process.

Qualification & Experience

  • Higher education in business management and marketing.
  • 1 to 3 years overall experience in marketing or other function ideally in Sales at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG.

Skills Desired

  • Strong learning agility.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Experience in pure digital and social marketing is a plus.
