Responsibilities of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor Pediatric Dentistry

• The appointee should have experience in heading the discipline of paediatric dentistry.
• Able to improve the curriculum for undergraduate teaching as well as help develop curriculum for postgraduate teaching.
• The appointee should have an excellent research record and help contribute to multidisciplinary research.
• The successful candidate expected to provide clinical services in the Centre of Excellence under the governance of University of Sharjah.

Job Requirements of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor Pediatric Dentistry

• BDS or DDS, and PhD or equivalent doctoral degree.
• At least  3 year structured clinical training, Master in Dental Surgery (MDS)/ fellowship or board certification in the area of specialization from a recognized authority.
• Experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and clinical supervision.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Proven record of research.
• Applicant must hold a valid full dental licence in the area of specialization.
• Applicant must be eligible for UAE Ministry of Health specialist dental license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
