Job Description
Dubai Health Authority is currently seeking a dedicated and competent Assistant Administrative Officer for their team. The company announced this job opportunity on February 27, 2024 with the reference number 24000300. This is a full time permanent role with preference given to UAE National applicants.
Responsibilities of Assistant Administrative Officer
- Responsible for maintaining day to day work as per the department ‘s policy & procedures.
- Provide support to senior department staff in various department projects.
- Maintain hard copy & electronic filing system.
- Collect and maintain inventory.
- Setup and coordinate meeting & conferences.
- Responsible of data entry & update of tracking system(s) of the section on / unit activities.
- Perform general Administrative tasks: coordination, follow up, feedback etc to ensure daily work i s performed completely & in a timely manner
- Answering particular queries to the section/unit on phones /emails .
- Prepare relevant reports as requested by supervisor.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
