Responsibilities of Assistant Administrative Officer

  • Responsible for maintaining day to day work as per the department ‘s policy & procedures.
  • Provide support to senior department staff in various department projects.
  • Maintain hard copy & electronic filing system.
  • Collect and maintain inventory.
  • Setup and coordinate meeting & conferences.
  • Responsible of data entry & update of tracking system(s) of the section on / unit activities.
  • Perform general Administrative tasks: coordination, follow up, feedback etc to ensure daily work i s performed completely & in a timely manner
  • Answering particular queries to the section/unit on phones /emails .
  • Prepare relevant reports as requested by supervisor.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
