Automobile Industry is currently looking for an Assistant Accountant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support their financial team. The job holder responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into their internal databases and reconciling invoices.
Responsibilities of Assistant Accountant
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Create and update expense reports.
- Process reimbursement forms.
- Prepare bank deposits.
Requirements of Assistant Accountant
The requirements for the said job are as following.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Work experience of 1-2 years as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Familiarity with finance regulations.
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
