Assets Officer Abu Dhabi Ports

An ADMA Assets Officer at Abu Dhabi Ports will be responsible to administer and maintain contract data, asset information, and maintenance schedules in the Division. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 5000 AED to 10000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of Assets Officer

• Administer and maintain contract data, asset information, and maintenance schedules in the Division.
• Track and report the performance of academy contractors.
• Follow up repair programs with managers and employees.
• Process invoices and support the effectiveness and efficiency of the academy.
• Assist in performing administrative duties, including calendar management, meeting planning, minute taking, scheduling visits, and mail handling.
• Keep an updated asset registration record as well as electronic filing systems.
• Ensure all activities and operations within the scope of responsibility are carried out in compliance with the allotted budget and policy guidelines.
• Take part in and abide by all procedures and systems for quality management.
• Maintain positive relationship with external parties to advance growth and reputation of ADMA.

Eligibility Requirements for Role of Assets Officer

• Secondary School or above.
• 2-3 years of experience in similar role.
