An ADMA Assets Officer at Abu Dhabi Ports will be responsible to administer and maintain contract data, asset information, and maintenance schedules in the Division. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 5000 AED to 10000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.
Duties of Assets Officer
- Administer and maintain contract data, asset information, and maintenance schedules in the Division.
- Track and report the performance of academy contractors.
- Follow up repair programs with managers and employees.
- Process invoices and support the effectiveness and efficiency of the academy.
- Assist in performing administrative duties, including calendar management, meeting planning, minute taking, scheduling visits, and mail handling.
- Keep an updated asset registration record as well as electronic filing systems.
- Ensure all activities and operations within the scope of responsibility are carried out in compliance with the allotted budget and policy guidelines.
- Take part in and abide by all procedures and systems for quality management.
- Maintain positive relationship with external parties to advance growth and reputation of ADMA.
Eligibility Requirements for Role of Assets Officer
- Secondary School or above.
- 2-3 years of experience in similar role.
