Duties Of Asset Integrity And Process Safety Planner

  • Responsible for determining project scope, evaluating schedules, costs, and resources, reducing potential risks, and outlining budgets.
  • Coordinate with department manager to make sure projects remain on track and may also manage conflicts, solve challenges, and submit status update reports.
  • Ensure that projects are completed within the defined scope, on time, and within budget, effectively managing risks, and providing regular and accurate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated project schedule based on input from the project management team and contractors.
  • Ensure the quality of the planning input to the execution plan, collect and incorporate status into the plan, and analyse project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Update the team, checking completed tasks, discussing pending and late tasks, recognizing progress, and addressing any other business to the team.
  • Provide an overview of the project using appropriate visuals and creating and assigning tasks using the Tasks app.
  • Evaluate project schedules, costs, and resources to ensure that the project is on track whilst identifying and reducing potential risks to the project.
  • Outline project budgets and ensure that the project stays within budget.
  • Manage conflicts, solve challenges, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Help to develop key accountabilities based on the project’s key result areas.

Requirements For Asset Integrity And Process Safety Planner

The eligibility requirements for the role of Asset Integrity And Process Safety Planner are as under:

  • Bachelors Degree relevant to this role.
  • At least 6 years’ experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
