Duties Of Assembly Technician

• To Ensure that company policies and procedures are always adhered to.
• Will be responsible as a team member to complete the whole process or part of it, namely:
• Receive and verify materials issued from stores.
• Completion of assembly by following relevant drawings and procedures.
• Conduct tests and prepare reports as required and authorized.
• Prepare and present the completed product for quality checks.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

Requirements For Assembly Technician

The eligibility requirements for the role of Assembly Technician are as under:

• Essential: High School Certificate.
• 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience in Mechanical assembly.
• To be familiar with assembly and Testing of pressure control equipment’s, and able to understand and identify components with help of drawings.

• Desirable: Technical Training Certificate /Diploma in Mechanical Trades.
• Previous experience in WL/FL operations.
• Familiar with SSP products.
• Experience in Actuator /Valve assembly.

• Ready to convey your observations and suggestion to improve or resolve any issue that may arise.
• Action oriented and willing to face challenge.
• Evaluate and understand the technical information and the impact of it on the product, if any deviations from standard procedures required.
• Be able to accomplish the tasks in competitive time frame in safely manner.
