Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Art and Design lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5
• Plan creative schemes of work aligned with the British curriculum framework
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners in an international setting
• Use evidence-informed practice and cognitive science principles to enhance learning outcomes
• Assess student work using formative and summative methods and provide constructive feedback
• Contribute to the school’s extra-curricular programme and community events
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and support school improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor of Education or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Art at the secondary level
• Strong subject knowledge across a range of Art and Design disciplines
• A passion for evidence-informed teaching and cognitive science approaches
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Aspirations for career development within a leading education network
