Job Description
Area Sales Manager at Ecity Electronics in Business center, 1st Floor, Office No, 109110 57th St, Garhoud, Dubai, UAE will oversee and drive the success of multiple stores within a designated region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for their brand, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in retail management. Candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational excellence and profitability of their stores while upholding their values and commitment to customer and shareholders. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Area Sales Manager
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of stores across UAE, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets, customer service standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Drive sales growth by analyzing store performance, identifying opportunities, and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure Value added services such as EW, Screen Protection and Trade in are focused and targets are met.
- All different type of targets is divided and allocated within the team members, and are encouraged to achieve their individual targets.
- Retail KPI such as ATV/Conversion/No of Bill are monitor at store level and the region achieves the KPi target.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize store performance.
- Ensure that stores provide exceptional customer service, delivering The Ecity unique brand experience.
- TAT of customer service unit for the region should be within the agreed timeline.
- Keep a close watch on process pertaining to Cash/ Banking/Safe handling/ Credit note/ GV and redemption.
- Refund / exchange are as per guideline and within the permissible limit and is approved following the authority matrix.
- Ensure that the promotions / price changes are implement across the stores, and monitor the result of the campaign.
What you will do more
- Collaborate with Store Managers to maintain optimal inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and execute visual merchandising plans.
- Monitor, execute the weekly, monthly and annual PI along with the Inventory controller.
- Monitor product assortment and make recommendations for product mix adjustments based on sales trends and customer feedback.
- Work closely with buying team to ensure stock availability and to get adequate replenishment for the region.
- Keep a track of the company non sellable assets and request as per the need of the region.
- Ensure that the petty cash expenses for the region is within the limit and as per approval matrix.
- Keep a track of good and poor performer of the stores and take corrective action after liaising with Head of Operation and HR.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop Store Managers and store staff to enhance their skills and foster a customer-centric, results-driven culture, by being within the budget headcount.
Requirements for Role of Area Sales Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of retail senior management experience, preferably in a multi-store environment.
