Majid Al Futtaim presently has a job opening for qualified and experienced candidate for position of an Architecture Manager. The selected candidate will work as part of an architectural design team, plans, schedules, organizes, coordinates, and executes the design work on small to medium scale projects with interaction with the Design Director and VP Development and Operations Support.

Duties of An Architecture Manager

• Coordinate and lead a team of Architects and Technicians on a day-to-day basis, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Develop a comprehensive design philosophy, contributing to the inception and development of each project to align with project objectives.
• Take the lead in the design work, ensuring that project goals are met, design instructions are implemented accurately, and projects are delivered within set timelines and budgets.
• Ensure correctness, accuracy, and thorough multi-disciplinary coordination of design documentation prepared by the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address review comments, tender queries, contractor’s queries, and other project-related communications.
• Prepare and compile design presentations and reports with guidance from senior team members to effectively communicate design concepts and progress.
• Act as the primary interface and liaison with statutory authorities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and obtain necessary approvals.

Requirements for Role An Architecture

The eligibility requirements for role an Architecture Manager are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 8+ years project related experience in cinema and other entertainment projects.
• Experience with owners, construction management teams, administrators and/or experience working professionally with a similar or related clientele in delivery of design-build projects.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Knowledge of the appropriate documents and procedures and experience with development and implementation of models where the client was utilizing design-build or a similar model for the first time.
