Job Purpose of A Arabic Baker

Make a wide range of traditional Arabic baking items (bread and pastries etc) to meet and exceed the desires of customers seeking taste of Arabic cuisine.

Job Duties of A Arabic Baker

• Produce creative and high quality bakery production at a low cost.
• Developing new recipes and products.
• Maintaining desired operational standards.
• Oversee all bakery activities including staff management.
• Perform any other baking related duties as assigned by the authorities.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: Certification as a Baker.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience preferably in a catering company or hotel.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Must have a good knowledge of HACCP guidelines and food safety & health practices of UAE.
• Have update knowledge of the latest / new Arabic items in the market.
• Must be clean and always keeps good hygiene.
• Good in communication both in English and Arabic.
• Good customer handling skills.
