An App Specialist SAP Auto Aftersales role at Al Futtaim Group will work as part of the application team, responsible for implementing, configuring and support SAP Auto After Sales solution and collaborate with senior consultants and cross-functional team to deliver solution which meets business requirements.

Duties of An App Specialist SAP

• Provide support for SAP related issues.
• Develops and maintains Functional documentation for solution modifications.
• Ensure compliance with IT Policies, Security Standards and strengthen internal controls.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team and technical teams to deliver the solution.
• Configure SAP module as per design specifications which meets business requirement.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of an App Specialist SAP are as under:

• Bachelors  degree in IT with minimum 1 year of experience in the design, configuration, testing, debugging, delivery and support of SAP Automotive process.

Skills Desired

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience on SAP application (basic understanding of enterprise systems, business process, development, testing and delivery of Automotive application, and SAP concepts).
• Analysis troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of SAP MM is plus.
• Technical trouble shot, Root cause analysis.
• Develops and maintains documentation for Technical solution modification.
