Key Responsibilities of Anesthesiologist

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to an effective healthcare environment.
• Preanesthetic evaluation and care, medical management of the anesthetic procedure and the care of the patients during and after the surgery.
• Shall continue to study, apply and advance scientific knowledge, make relevant information available to patients, colleagues and the public. Obtain consultation, and use the talents of other health professionals when indicated.
• Ensure safe sedation practice and be involved directly or supervision of sedation services throughout the hospital. Be physically present during the procedure in the sedation suite.
