Job Description

DAMAC Group is currently hiring skilled and motivated candidate for the job role of Analyst in Dubai.

Responsibilities of Analyst

  • Support the investment team with the operational and legwork for the acquisition and investment deals activities of DICO. Including drafting and writing reports, preparing comprehensive financial models, presentations, investment memos, pitchbooks, business cases, etc.
  • Establish working knowledge of the strategic investment objectives of DICO to ensure accurate analysis and forecasts of investment. And acquisition options in line with the company’s business interest.
  • Conduct due diligence for the prospective and existing deals by researching, reading financial statements. Analyzing market data, keeping proper track records, performing background checks of relevant stakeholders, etc.
  • Translate financial metrics into actionable insights that support the team in improved decision-making. Department performance, and business growth of DICO.
  • Assist the reporting line in drafting and presenting the detailed analysis. And review of the investment deals periodically to the Investment Committee.
  • Create ad hoc financial models and provide various financial analyses based on senior management’s requirements.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments & news and go through existing portfolios of competitor companies. To generate potential new ideas by identification of beneficial investment and/or acquisition deals for DICO.
  • Work cross-functionally with other allied teams of DICO to collect data for the assessment of the prospective deals and communication of the results to the reporting line.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or any related field.
  • Professional certification in CFA/CA/CAIA/PMP is preferred.
  • Minimum Experience:
  • 2 years of experience in Real Estate Investments.
