Job Description

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is presently hiring suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the job role of Analyst Credit Portfolio. The job holder is responsible to administer credit limits, ensure accuracy and availability of data, generate monthly reports and provide administrative support to the risk teams in order to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of daily operations and activities.

Responsibilities of Analyst Credit Portfolio

  • Record Keeping Maintain and update limits for new accounts and renewals,reconcile limit amendments and updates, coordinate with internal stakeholders to reflect accurate limit figures and monitor credit limits exposures for ADCB’s India Branch to ensure accuracy and availability of information for decision making.
  • Portfolio Administration Monitor credit limit expirations and assist in reporting expiration dates to internal stakeholders/ decision makers to minimse expired reviews and ensure portfolio quality.
  • Reporting Generate monthly, ad hoc and special project reports, compile issues in management exception reports and respond to internal audit queries within agreed timeframes to ensure required data is available for decision making.
  • Sentinel Administration Assist risk managers by functioning as sentinel administrator to ensure smooth flow of daily activities within the department.
  • Policies, Processes,Systems and Procedures,  Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
  • Self Management Manage self in line with the bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices.
  • Customer Service Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the bank’s required levels of service.

Requirements of Analyst Credit Portfolio

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting, loan documentation and credit administration.
