Job Description

NAFFCO is currently looking to hire a candidate for the job role of a AMC & Material Coordinator at Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street,  Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 2500-4000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of AMC & Material Coordinator

  • Oversee inventory management by tracking stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment to prevent delays in operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors to procure materials while negotiating terms to achieve cost-effective solutions that align with budget constraints.
  • Maintain accurate records of material usage and inventory transactions, facilitating audits and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Work closely with project teams to forecast material needs based on project timelines and construction schedules.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials to various project sites, minimizing downtime.

Requirements for Role of AMC & Material Coordinator

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in the principles of inventory management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in material coordination or inventory management within a manufacturing or construction environment.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle for streamlined inventory tracking and management.
