Job Description
Redtag is currently seeking to hire a candidate for the job role of a Allocator in Bma International Fze (Old Building) Round About 12, Jebel Ali Free Zone Street N250, P.O Box 17474 Dubai, UAE. Candidate will manage and support allocation activity of merchandise and maintain sufficient stock level to generate sales. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-12000 AED/month.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for general office administration and adhoc duties as required by the reporting line.
- Maintain superior level of accuracy while creating and verifying purchase order information including proper product costing, shipping instructions, etc., in coordination with the administrative assistants.
- Implement costs and retail price amendments within the agreed timescales accurately; reconcile all cost changes within the margin report to ensure consistency.
- Coordinate between suppliers and buyers to acquire product samples as per the specifications.
- Liaise with Visual Merchandising teams to ensure all planograms changes are communicated to the Buying and Merchandising Team.
- Updating the reporting line of invoice discrepancies if any.
- Communicate professionally and courteously directly with suppliers in relation to order processing as required to resolve issues and receive order acknowledgment Coordinate order status report submissions from suppliers.
- Create Range Books and maintain tool kits for the use of the buying team Coordinate with the Finance team regarding supplier information update on the shared portal.
- Resolve changes and discrepancies, and update purchase order information accordingly.
- Routine purchase order review and followup, and expediting of orders.
- E File all order documents and electronically attaches to appropriate system locations per document management system.
- Assist the reporting line for range presentations and any other work assigned for business.
- Conduct periodic store visits to collect feedback from the stores.
Requirements for Role of Allocator
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of work experience with Communication.
- 2+ years of work experience with Fashion.
- 2+ years of work experience with Microsoft Excel.
