Job Description

Alliance Officer at Etihad Airways in Ahmed Jumaa Al Za-aabee Building, Al Sharqi Street, opposite Madinat Zayed Shopping Centre, Al Danah, Zone 1, Abu Dhabi, UAE will responsible for the administration and system implementation of new commercial agreements in the form of interline, block space agreements and joint freighter operations to deliver the Etihad partnerships strategy and revenue target. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-12000 AED/month.

Responsibilities Alliance Officer

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including commercial team and revenue management to identify. And implement new interline agreements to generate incremental revenue either from access. To additional capacity or incremental volume feed onto Etihad capacity.
  • Follow-up on agreed rates and capacity with the partnership airline that ensure the agreement is effective.
  • Support the line manager in gathering market data in relation to the ever-changing markets. And interline agreements with their partnerships on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Track and monitor interline agreement revenue performance and conduct regular interline agreement review. And renewals to ensure optimum portfolio of interline agreement.
  • Follow-up service level agreements with partner capacity to deliver high service level consistency and performance manage partner service delivery through regular reviews.
  • Work closely with revenue accounts to ensure interline billing & revenue reporting is at all times accurate & any problems are resolved quickly.

Requirements for Role of Alliance Officer

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably business or transport management related.
  • Fresh Graduates welcome to apply.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

Knowledge of the aviation industry is an advantage.
