Airport Terminal Officer ADNOC

Purpose of Airport Terminal Officer

Coordinate the Provision of Transportation services to all Personnel and Freight utilizing Company Offshore Transportation. Ensure Optimization of Logistical Resources of fixed wing, rotary wing Aircrafts and boats. Coordinates the operation of the Terminal building of Airport and performs the activities of travel Arrangement.

Responsibilities of Airport Terminal Officer

• Perform Island Booking and Scheduling related activities including Attending telephone calls and booking enquiries.
• Mobilization of additional flight and boats (shutdown crew, police department or for vital cargo).
• Check and Scrutinize daily Domestic flights movement’s charges (including MEDIVAC), no- show cases.
• Make corrections whenever necessary. Prepare the monthly charges reports. And prepare passage recovery charges Statistics.
• Carry out Passengers, Baggage, Freight check-in activities and maintain good House-keeping of Airport Terminal Building.
• Prepares daily flight record (DFR) of each aircraft, aircraft Trim in/load sheet, log fixed wing mileage flown and availability of aircraft.

Your Duties

• Ensure Provision of service at airport terminals such as VIP lounge, Refreshments with special care.
• Oversight all other activities in the terminal building: Catering supplies, Cleaning services, Maintenance works in the terminal building.
• Guide, direct and supervise Subordinates to ensure they work to their best Potential and Contribute effectively as a team.
• Act as Fire Warden during terminal building evacuation events and ensure company Terminal Security procedures are adhered.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business management in related field or equivalent preferable in Aviation/Airport Operations & Management or equivalent / related field of study.
• 5 – 6 years of experience, including at least 4 years of experience in passenger transportation terminal.
