Job Description

Airline Beverage Manager at Maritime and Mercantile International (MMI) will lead the creation and implementation of unique beverage programmes for Emirates Airline, enhancing customer experience and elevating brand visibility. This role involves, brand activations, onboard communication, public relations and events specific to beverage programme in alignment with Emirates team and their brand goals. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Airline Beverage Manager

  • Craft tasting notes, collate brand assets to support onboard communication.
  • Support monthly wine tastings by providing requirements and help manage the placement of wines to avoid duplication of styles.
  • Create promotional content and coordinate events to showcase the airline’s wine offerings.
  • Optimize inventory by managing stock, proposing updates, and analyzing wine performance to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Reporting on consumption and customer feedback to the Emirates Airline service delivery team.
  • Liaise with key brands to coordinate on board, lounge and other brand activations in line with contractual obligations.
  • Oversee stock logistics and warehouse checks, addressing any quality issues proactively.

Requirements for Role of Airline Beverage Manager

  • WSET Diploma or aspiring to this level in the next 24 months.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the beverage industry (travel retail, distribution, sales, or marketing)

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Strong background in brand or agency management.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work cross-functionally.
