Airbus A320 TRI and TRE Etihad Airways

Etihad Airways is presently hiring skilled and motivated candidate for the job role of Airbus A320 TRI and TRE in Abu Dhabi. This role holder will be responsible for the training and development of pilots’ core competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Attitude) and resilience. The job holder is authorized to conduct training duties in line with the GCAA CAR-FCL and CAR-AIR OPS regulations, as well as the policies and procedures described in the Etihad Airways Operations Manual Part D.

• Display instructor competencies and uphold standards.
• Provide good quality training to pilots at Etihad Airways.
• Provide a positive role model to all other personnel.
• Provide training system and course feedback.
• Develop the potential and skills of the pilots.
• Perform any other job duties asigned from the higher authorities

Eligible Requirements

The eligibility requirement for role of Airbus A320 TRI and TRE are as under:

• Hold a valid Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
• 3 years as Instructor/Examiner.
• 1000 hours of FSTD training.
• 1000 hours of LIFUS/IOE experience.
• Previous experience with MPL Training, Evidence-based Training (EBT) and/or AQP/ATQP are an advantage.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Good technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Ability to follow procedure and policy of the company.
