Role of Agent Order

Order Translation officer helps sales and customer to capture requirement related to Unified Communications, MPLS, Internet, SDWAN & LAN related Business Orders. He / She shall be having sound experience for VoIP & Unified Communication, Network Routing & Switching, and Security. He / She shall be able to draw up design, perform assessment of solutions and business proposals.

Responsibilities of Agent Order

• Coordinate with sales, key account manager, customer and technical teams.
• Liaise with customer to identify and capture low level technical details.
• Arrange meeting with customer and present technical solution with help of drawing/design.
• Monitor and track order progress and handle any issues that arises.
• Able to meet organization defined KPIs for order handling.
• Report and escalate to management when needed.
• Generate reports for orders based on multiple views/fractions

Requirements:

• Bachelors of Engineering /Science in (Computers /Networks/ Information Technology /Cyber or relevant).
• 2+ years of full-time experience in Voice over IP, Unified Communication, Call Manager, Network Router & Switching, SDWAN.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of IP/ Routing protocols (BGP/OSPF/RIP), FHRP Protocols (HSRP/VRRP/GLBP), Layer-2 Technologies (VLANs / VTP/ Dot1Q), VPNs (IPSec/DMVPN/GETVPN).
• Shall have knowledge of DNS, DHCP, NTP, SNMP, and Syslog protocols.
• Strong understanding of VoIP network architecture, products, protocols (SIP, WEBRTC, RTP, HTTP/S).
• Knowledge of SIP Trunks, IVR, Dial-Plans, Call Routing, Call Recording, SBC, DTMF, IP Phones (hard/soft).
• Excellent client-facing and interpersonal communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills and positive willing to do attitude
• Able to develop and organize documentation professionally using MS Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and One Note.
• Knowledge of working on CRM will be preferred.
• Ability to teach other members of the team and act as a mentor.
