Responsibilities of An Aftersales Coordinator
- Coordinate and manage all after-sales activities for automotive products.
- Ensure timely delivery of spare parts and services to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and provide necessary support.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop after-sales programs and promotions.
- Performs any other job duties / tasks as required.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of an Aftersales Coordinator are as under:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in after-sales coordination.
Knowledge & Skills Desired
- Knowledge of automotive spare parts and service processes.
- Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as MS Office and CRM systems.
