Responsibilities of An Aftersales Coordinator

  • Coordinate and manage all after-sales activities for automotive products.
  • Ensure timely delivery of spare parts and services to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and provide necessary support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop after-sales programs and promotions.
  • Performs any other job duties / tasks as required.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of an Aftersales Coordinator are as under:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in after-sales coordination.

Knowledge & Skills Desired

  • Knowledge of automotive spare parts and service processes.
  • Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
