Job Description
Nord Anglia Education loved to welcome the Admissions Officer to NAS Abu Dhabi as part of their founding Marketing, Admissions and Communications team. The role of Admissions Officer is to create an outstanding experience for parents and students throughout every stage of the Parent Experience Journey.
Responsibilities of Admissions Officer
- Responsibility for assisting families in an individualised admissions process from enquiry to application including the admissions tours.
- Act as the first point of contact for all admissions enquiries from potential or existing parents and organisations.
- Assist with the development and evaluation of admissions strategies for the school to deliver goals and enhance relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation and evaluation of the action plans to deliver the admissions strategies.
- Creating a sense of excitement and positive anticipation amongst families who enrolled to join the school in the future, through well executed communications & events.
- Supporting the academic team with a range of induction activities for new students and families. They are fully informed about their first days and weeks as valued members of Nord Anglia community.
- Gather and record feedback from both prospective and current parents through informal meetings and customer satisfaction surveys.
Job Requirements of Admissions Officer
- Master Degree in Education.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service industry.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- High level of international and inter cultural understanding
- Native English speaking professional.
