Job Description

Ajman University is looking to hire suitably skilled and devoted candidate for role of Admission Coordinator (Temporary AU Graduates and Students Only) (CEIT). The job was announced by the university on February 19, 2024. Candidate desirous for the role should submit their application now. The selected candidate is responsible to assess applications to select qualified candidates for a program or institution.

Responsibilities of Admission Coordinator

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new students, parents, visitors, and other customers; address their requests and inquiries appropriately.
  • Welcome and assist new students, parents, and guests visiting the Sheikh Zayed Center.
  • Assist in the admission and registration process.
  • Liaise with the registration office, colleges, and other offices to ensure seamless student related processes.

Job Requirements of Admission Coordinator

The requirements for the job role of Admission Coordinator are as under:

  • A minimum of bachelor degree in Education.
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in the same field.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Good English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Records keeping skills.
  • Very good skills in Microsoft package.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in Banner Student Information System.
  • Database management skills.
