Purpose of A Passes & Permits Administrator

  • Ensure membership administration, documentation and communication.
  • Support membership sales process, current membership enquiries and renewal processes.
  • The passes and permits administration role will be to ensure that identification badges and vehicle passes are created for all staff, students and service providers.
  • Undertake a range of duties which support the security team leader ensuring UAEU/Khadamat policies and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities of A Passes & Permits Administrator

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Working to UAEU policy for ID Card issue.
  • Production of ID cards.
  • Maintaining database with all ID Card issue details.
  • Answer phone calls.
  • Assist other administrators during peak periods.
  • General filing duties.
  • Deactivation of ID cards upon expiry date.
  • Administration and issue of vehicle permits.
  • Administration for ‘control of contractors’ who will be working on site

HSE Job Responsibilities

  • To comply with the organization’s QHSE policies and procedures at all times
  • To work safely at all times and to report all hazards and incidents to Departmental Supervisors/Managers.
  • To actively participate in all QHSE training, programs, audits and inspections when required.
  • To lead by example and ensure to protect the environment by conservation of electricity, water & other natural resources.

Information Security Responsibilities

  • To protect information assets including both electronic and paper based from all threats.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or management or similar role.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in same role.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Broad base of experience within a busy office environment.
  • Use initiative and perform well under pressure.
  • Good communicator.
  • Good in MS Word and Excel and have excellent telephone manners.
