Administrator Jumeirah Emirates Towers Dubai

As a Administrator – Health Safety and Hygiene at Jumeirah Emirates Towers you will be responsible to assist the Associate Director HSE in the day-to-day operational HSE/ FLS/ Sustainability/ HACCP administration and ensure the smooth operation of the department in-charge by optimizing the use of materials and manpower. This is an Mid career level full time job. For this role salary ranges between 6000-12000 AED which may negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Administrator

  • Complete the monthly internal HACCP audits.
  • Carry storage area walk around inspection and report accordingly.
  • Follow up and ensure Food allegations are reported and investigation initiated as per the FSMS.
  • Liaise directly with the Associate Director HSE on critical HSE and HACCP matters.
  • Track and record all MSRA’s as approved by the department head.
  • Perform all secretarial and administrative duties to the standards required to ensure the smooth operation of the administration office.
  • Communicate efficiently with all colleagues in the department in order to ensure an efficient flow of information to and from the administration office.
  • Ensure proper requisitioning and controlling of office supplies.
  • Prepare various reports, documents and forms when required.
  • Taking dictation, transcribing, typing confidential documentation, keeping confidential material
  • In liaison with the other admin, design and maintain a system to ensure the HSEMS, FSMS and DTCM Sustainability management system comply with the Jumeirah International Document Management System.
  • Ensure Dubai Municipality Food watch portal active list is up to date, and all associated tasks are completed by specific colleagues.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department, to ensure compliance to Jumeirah group HSEMS, FSMS and DTCM sustainability management.

Requirements of Administrator 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Safety or related field.
  • 2 years relevant administration experience.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Good working knowledge in MS office.
  • Basic understanding of fundamentals of HACCP and HSE.
  • Problem Solving, Collaborating with Others, Diligence, continuous Learning etc.
  • Team player.
  • Take responsibility.
  • Good Communicator

  • Apply academic knowledge in improving working method.
