The selected candidate will be responsible to manage administrative tasks for the housekeeping department, coordinates schedules, and supports overall housekeeping operations. Responsibilities of Administrator

  • To report for duty punctually, always wearing the correct uniform and name badge.
  • To answer the telephone as per the hotel standard
  • To run various status reports to do opening shift
  • To keep track of room status :OO,VC,OC, Q-rooms, OS &VD
  • To maintain filling system
  • To update room status whenever required
  • Coordinate with Front Office in regards to room allocation
  • To maintain High standard of hotel’s policies relating to fire, health, safety, hygiene and sanitation
  • Reports to Engineering work order and follow up on completion.

Requirements of Administrator

  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in other 5-start properties

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Proficient in spoken and written business English
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of colleagues and management at all levels
  • Multilingual with proficiency in at least one additional language
