Job Purpose of An Administrator Food & Beverage
To oversee administrative tasks, inventory management, and support the efficient operation of the F&B department in a hospitality establishment.
Duties of An Administrator Food & Beverage
- Responsible to ensure that the planning, coordination, administration as well as communication and information functions and duties of the department are carried in a professional, discreet, exact and prompt manner.
- Responsible for all administrative work in the F&B office.
- Takes minutes of meetings and drafts necessary documents for distribution.
- Responsible to raise purchase requests when required.
- Controls all F&B Generic standard forms in public folders adhering to document control procedures.
- Ensures up-to-date hard copies of department SOPs are maintained at all times.
- Communicates new or amended procedures to relevant departments/colleagues in a timely manner.
- Maintains document systems related to Health & Safety / HACCP.
- Performs all other related duties as required or requested by the HOD and Managers.

Qualification
- High School Diploma.
Experience
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English.
