Job Purpose of An Administrator Food & Beverage

To oversee administrative tasks, inventory management, and support the efficient operation of the F&B department in a hospitality establishment.

Duties of An Administrator Food & Beverage

• Responsible to ensure that the planning, coordination, administration as well as communication and information functions and duties of the department are carried in a professional, discreet, exact and prompt manner.
• Responsible for all administrative work in the F&B office.
• Takes minutes of meetings and drafts necessary documents for distribution.
• Responsible to raise purchase requests when required.
• Controls all F&B Generic standard forms in public folders adhering to document control procedures.
• Ensures up-to-date hard copies of department SOPs are maintained at all times.
• Communicates new or amended procedures to relevant departments/colleagues in a timely manner.
• Maintains document systems related to Health & Safety / HACCP.
• Performs all other related duties as required or requested by the HOD and Managers.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• High School Diploma.

Experience

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English.
