Etihad Airways is presently hiring skilled and motivated candidate for the job role of Administrator in Abu Dhabi. This role holder will be responsible to assist in Implementation of Security systems technical solutions CCTV & Access control System- (ACS) to safeguard Etihad assets throughout the network (offices & network). Assist in the Implementation of security systems technical standards document.
Responsibilities of Administrator
- Provide assistance in management of service level agreements to third parties providing Etihad with Security Systems. Monitor and troubleshoot any ACS and CCTV. Support end user on site and remotely as and when required.
- Assist in management of maintenance Program of IACS & CCTV; compile daily, weekly, monthly report for management.
- Manage/safe keep maintenance and records of services rendered, and equipment controlled by 3rd parties throughout the network.
- Assist backup systems operate effectively, ensuring the security of data from internal and external attack.
- Conduct regular assessments/review quality control to measure and maintain consistent standard of service delivery. Control and ensure sufficient supplies of CCTV and IACS components are in stock.
- Basic knowledge on data networks, IPs, Switches and routers.
- Working knowledge of document production using Autodesk software (AutoCad, Revit).
- Thorough knowledge of local authority requirements and regulations and can obtain project related approvals from the relevant local authorities.
- Perform calculations for cable sizes, cable tray fill/loading.
- Perform design of single line diagrams, installation details, wiring diagrams, etc.
Eligible Requirements
The eligibility requirement for role of Administrator are as under:
- A relevant degree with acquired specialization in integrated security systems or IT Security System Degree or Diploma.
- 3 years of supervisory experience in physical security Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team within a highly pressured, fast moving environment
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Knowledge of ELV systems and Software (CCTV, alarm systems, ACS, AV, BMS etc,.).
- Able to work on AutoCAD/Revit drawings.
