Responsibilities of Administrator
- Provides office support to either an individual or team and is vital for the smooth running of school operation.
- Assist and support the Admin Manager and Headmistress.
- Telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors and parents, basic reports, filling etc.
- Keep records and reports up to date.
- Organize and schedule meetings and events.
- Assist in any admin task assigned from time to time.
Requirements for Role of Administrator
- High School Diploma.
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Emirati Nationality with Family Book.
- 5 working days with 2 days off.
- Working hours is from 7.30am to 3.30pm.
