The successful candidate will be responsible to perform a variety of routine and non-routine administrative, clerical, data collection, and report writing tasks specific to the group assigned. Responsibilities of An Administrator/Coordinator

  • Gathers statistics and general data; reviews and combines this information into established reports for use within and outside the unit.
  • May develop new reports or revise existing reports, as directed.
  • Responsible for verifying data gathered.
  • Distributes reports as directed by immediate supervisor.
  • Follows up to ensure timely processing of corrections.
  • Originates correspondence and reports not requiring the personal attention of immediate supervisor.
  • Answers telephone, taking and relaying messages.
  • Receives, sorts, and distributes mail.
  • May work closely with immediate supervisor in tracking timeliness of performance appraisals and preparing documents related to personnel actions.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of an Administrator/Coordinator are as under:

  • High School Certificate or at least 2 years Diploma in any related discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
