Administrator Al Masaood Abu Dhabi UAE

Administrator at Al Masaood in Infiniti Showroom Building, Fatima Bint Mubarak Street (Formally Najda Street), PO Box 322, Abu Dhabi, UAE is required to support with the day to day office administration and support to the office along with management of documentation control. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 5000-10000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Administrator

  • Deals with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Manages schedules, organizing meetings and appointments, ensuring that no conflicts exist.
  • Books and arranges travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Providing general administrative support including but not limited to photocopying, booking meeting rooms, stationery re-ordering, typing, filing, mail, etc.
  • Keeps track and sets reminders to the Line Manager, or other management staff, of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Delivers quality typing, compiling and reports preparation, presentations and correspondence.
  • Manages databases and filing systems.
  • Liaises with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Prepares documents for signature- double checking on the information.
  • Provides administrative support to the Team.
  • Keeps abreast of professional developments, new IT techniques through continued professional growth.
  • Undertake additional responsibility as required.

Requirements for Role of Administrator

  • High school/ Diploma /Bachelor degree.
  • 0-2 years experience of the similar role.
  • Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply!
