Responsibilities of Administrative Officer

The incumbent will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain all data that is relevant to the policies, plans, and strategic performance indicators related to the policies, plans, and strategic performance indicators of the Directorate.
  • Implement and follow up the operational plans of the LAO Directorate, including its initiatives, programmes, and projects.
  • Prepare periodic reports on work progress, and the achievements of the LAO Directorate, the attainment of operational objectives, and the outcomes of performance indicators.

Requirements of Administrative Officer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, business Administration, Data Analysis, Management, and Knowledge Management.
  • A minimum of (0-2) years in the same field is preferred.

Skills and Abilities Desired

  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in Arabic is considered beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Proactive and skilled candidate.
