Real Estate Industry is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented individual to join their team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide essential support to their administrative team, contributing to the efficient operation of their office.

Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant

  • Manage and organize administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
  • Assist in coordinating office events and meetings, including setup and cleanup.
  • Perform general clerical duties to support the smooth functioning of the office.

Requirements of Administrative Assistant

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
