The Administrative Assistant (UAE National) at Modern Pharmaceutical LLC in Sheikha Mariam Bldg, Al Maktoum Road, Deira, Dubai, UAE will carry out day to day administration works such as stationary & pantry supplies management, LPO Creation for approved procurements, manage mails & courier, air ticket & hotel bookings. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-12000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings.
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol.
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed.
  • Purchase, maintain stock and management of stationary.
  • Arrange design & printing of business cards for employees as per requirements and immediate manager approvals.
  • Arrange design of marketing stationaries and order as per management approval (Plastic Bags for pharmacies, leaflets, brochures, letter heads, roll up banner)
  • Ensure stock of cartridges and respond to employee requirements.

Requirements for Role of Administrative Assistant

  • High School/Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Fresh Graduates/up to 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Field of Knowledge: Customer Service, Hotel & Air Ticket Reservations, Stationary Supplies & Courier Management.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
