The client is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant Machinery Manufacturing to join their team in Dubai.
About the Role
- Administrative Assistant will support the administration department in daily activities, ensuring operational efficiency and meeting deadlines.
- This role involves managing documentation, coordinating administrative activities, and collaborating with various company departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
- The role includes managing company phone calls and emails, providing assistance to clients and suppliers, as well as monitoring and managing administrative and accounting deadlines.
- Collaborate with financial advisory team to optimize internal processes, support billing activities, manage payments.
Requirements of Administrative Assistant Machinery Manufacturing
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- High school Diploma or Degree in economics/administration.
Skills and Abilities Desired
- The client is looking to recruit a professional Administrative Assistant who is meticulous, self-motivated and able to demonstrate excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills in English are also essential for this role; Arabic will be an added advant age.
