Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant

  • Provide administrative support, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems and records.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Handle basic HR-related tasks, such as on boarding paperwork.
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Requirements of Administrative Assistant

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Proven experience of 1 – 2 Years as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
