Duties of An Administrative Assistant
The duties of the role are as under:-
Executive Secretarial Service
- Ensure efficient & effective communication & action.
- Develop correspondence.
- Manage incoming & outgoing mail.
- Follow up on pending items.
Calendar / Diary Management
- Effective time management.
- Plan & schedule meetings and co-ordinate with counter parties.
- Prioritize meetings & activities.
Coordination / Interfaces
- Efficient problem management and customer satisfaction.
- Channel internal / external issues, prioritize and escalated as required.
- Ensure proper follow up and delivery.
Travel / Meetings
- Time and cost effective
- Plan and organize travel arrangements and department’s meetings / conferences and other events in a time and cost effective way.
Confidentiality & Security
- Observe confidential procedures and register / track accountable or statutory documentation in order to ensure appropriate level of confidentiality, security and control.
Proficiency in all Relevant software & systems
- Ability to use software systems relevant in the area of work and apply them on a daily basis.
Requirements for role of Administrative Assistant
The requirements for role of an Administrative Assistant are as under:
- Minimum Undergraduate Degree or professional training.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Region.
- Functional experience in Financial Services.
